Geology Assignment:

Research into the geographical aspects of the six major global economies has disclosed results that allow for a further detailed analysis and insight into understanding the impact and influence these findings have on the market potential of each economy. It was astounding to discover that although India has the second smallest land area per square kilometre, the country also has the second largest population second to China resulting in the highest amount of people per square kilometre. This reveals a country with a particularly high population density, suggesting the lack of land available for agricultural production, hence the need to import such products from countries such as Australia who withholds the lowest population density out of the six major economies. Furthermore, it was interesting that despite China’s large population and land area, their population density is particularly low suggesting a high market potential in terms of agricultural production, and land area available for infrastructure. This is in contrast to Japan that despite their small population and land area, they have a relatively high population density compared to the other major economies.
