This assessment asks you to engage in reflective practice to consolidate your personal value proposition (PVP) as a business professional and leader.

Details

Together, the parts of this assessment cover the two-course learning objectives outlined above. By constructing and reflecting upon your own personal value proposition (PVP) you will be examined on your understanding of personal attributes and the role emotional and creative intelligence has on your leadership practice.

Part

A. With the support of academic sources, write a reflection about your personal value proposition (PVP) which is explained in Module 4.

1. Who are you as a business professional?

2. How do you want others to describe your professional practice?

3. What does having emotional and creative intelligence mean for your leadership practice? 

4. Describe how your artifact (Part B) describes the above 2 points of reflection and how it demonstrates your PVP.
