Description:
The assignment requires that you analyse a data set, interpret, and draw conclusions from your analysis, and then convey your conclusions in a written report. The assignment must be completed individually and must be submitted electronically in Cloud by the due date. When submitting electronically, you must check that you have submitted the work correctly by following the instructions provided in Cloud. Hard copies or assignments submitted via email will NOT be accepted.
The assignment uses the file 2022 T2 RACV Solar Data Set A2.xlsx which can be downloaded from Cloud. The assignment focuses on materials presented up to and including Week 6.
The data set is based on actual data provided by RACV Solar. For confidentiality and anonymity reasons actual data has been manipulated in the assessment task. Following is an introduction to this scenario and detailed guidelines.

Section 1 – Performance of RACV Solar Against its Corporate KPIs

In a single sentence, succinctly and concisely explain the purpose of this section of your report.
Your task is to convert your analysis into plain, simple, easy to understand language that could be submitted to the RACV Solar Board. Assume that the Board members do not have a technical understanding of Business Analytics.
When composing your reply, make sure that you directly answer the question asked. State the summary statistics of importance without referring to your analysis section.

PV System Size

From the analysis you have performed in Part 1, and any other appropriate analysis, report on RACV Solar’s goal for average PV system size to exceed 6kW. PV System Cost

From the analysis you have performed in Part 1, and any other appropriate analysis, report on RACV Solar’s goal for average PV System Cost to exceed $8,000 per installation. Climate Change Impact

From the analysis you have performed in Part 1, and any other appropriate analysis, report on RACV Solar’s goal to for 75% of all client installations to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by at least 15 tonnes per year. Identify overall corporate performance and highlight any aspects (e.g. customer introduction, location, installation type, inverter capacity) of particularly good or particularly poor performance.
Client Satisfaction

From the analysis you have performed in Part 1, and any other appropriate analysis, report on RACV Solar’s goal for 50% of all clients to rate their experience as 70 or greater (i.e. be Satisfied or Delighted with their experience). Identify overall corporate performance and highlight any aspects (e.g. customer introduction, location, installation type, inverter capacity) of particularly good or particularly poor performance.
Conclusion:

Include a succinct conclusion that summarises RACV Solar’s corporate, and highlights where the company is performing well, and where it is not performing well.

Section 2 – Performance of RACV Solar’s Sales People

Your task is to convert your analysis into plain, simple, easy to understand language that could be submitted to the RACV Solar Board. Assume that the Board members do not have a technical understanding of Business Analytics.
