Part A is a consultancy style project plan delivered as a summary report. Your report will be based on one of the four projects provided in the supporting documents. Part A of the assignment is a project plan that has multiple sections of analysis which are informed by further research to help addressing your clients’ problems/requirements. Read below for the recommended structure to complete the assignment.

Part B is a reflective report based your group work experience and informed by your agile approach to preparing your group report - including sprint planning and documenting stand-up meetings and retrospectives. This reflective report must follow the 4Rs of reflective thinking (Reporting, Relating, Reasoning, and Reconstructing) to consider qualitative improvements of the project plan and your group work.

Assignment hurdle and Part A are GROUP tasks to be conducted with 3 or 4 group members.

Part B is to be completed INDIVIDUALLY.
This task provides you with opportunities to learn the knowledge (GLO1, ULO1 & ULO3) and skills (GLO 5, ULO4 & GLO7) required in the study and practice of management in organisations.
