This assignment requires students to locate, read, and critically review primary research articles and materials on a topic in services marketing; and construct a report based on that topic.

This assignment requires students to critically review, analyse and report the distinctive issues involved in services marketing. This will enable students to have a better understanding of the importance of the services marketing mix, as well as the challenges in developing customer relationships through building leadership sustainability in services marketing.

The final write-up should be around 5000 words. It is highly recommended that students should use models, tables, photographs, graphs, and figures to display key findings, support the arguments and enrich the write-up.
