The owners of the Tampa Bay Rays continue to explore the possibility  of “splitting their home games” between Tampa and Montreal. Over the past decade, the  NFL has played regular season games outside of the United States in London, Toronto  and Mexico City. These are regularly mentioned as possible locations for new franchises  should the league expand beyond 32 teams. The NBA has recently indicated an interest  in expanding the league and both Seattle and Las Vegas have been mentioned as possible  cities for new franchises. 

The assignment is for you to examine and analyze the market  for a specific professional sports team one of these cities.
