The students are expected to choose a public limited company, then download last three years of financial statement such as income statement and balance sheet. They need to analyse the statement and discuss in detail of the company’s financial performance, financial strategies, growth strategy, Company’s capital structure such as debt and equity value, Share price segments, dividend policy and Company’s future perception. You need to compare company’s financial performance between last three years. You will get this performance from the income statement and balance sheet. 
In such case, you can refer to the company’s CEO and Chief Financial Officer’s statement.
