TASK (Reflection) This element of your assignment asks you to reflect on the performance management of your group in working together, planning and conducting the research, sh aring tasks, writing, editing, proofreading and submitting the assignment. You are then asked to ‘reward’ your team members based on their effort If you have never written a reflection before, then please access the resources related to writing reflections on the Cloud site before you begin this part of your assignment. Performance Management :  Using situational examples, how did your team: ? Decide on its goals ? Allocate the tasks involved in conducting the investigation and the preparation, proofreading and submission of the report ? Work together ? Manage itself with respect to time management, communication methods and conflict resolution  Part B Include your responses to the following questions : ?
