Description
This can be an individual or a group assessment (see ‘specific requirements’ below). The aim of this assessment is to contribute to student awareness, knowledge, and understanding of staffing-related challenges in contemporary organisations (ULO 3) and to provide recommendations for HR decision makers based on your knowledge of existing staffing models (ULO 4). As with assessment 1, you will build specialist knowledge and capabilities (GLO 1) related to the various core staffing functions (recruitment, selection, and retention/turnover), in addition to building skills in critical thinking (GLO 4), problem solving (GLO 5), and communication (GLO 2).
