To what extent has organization theory practical relevance in contemporary organizations? Answer this question focusing on TWO of the three main paradigms in organization theory (Modernist, Symbolic Interpretive, Postmodern).

Structure and Organisation

The essay must finish with a conclusion. This should summarise the argument you have made in the essay.

Focus on using paragraphs to help you develop your argument. Use paragraph breaks as you move on to each new point. Try not to make these transitions too abrupt. For example, if switching from a
discussion of how a particular perspective is of practical relevance to organizations to examples about how another perspective can also be practical, tell the reader that is what you are doing.
