WBS

Identifying the stakeholders and assigning those proper roles and responsibilities can be considered as an important aspect of the project management process. Therefore, certain tools have been observed to be implemented by the project planners to identify roles and responsibilities of a team mate. As commented by Oprins et al. (2019), it can be stated that RACI matrix can be edified to be a tool that can be used to manage the proceeding of a project. This works by identifying the potential stakeholders for the project and assigning them their roles and responsibilities accordingly. In simple terms, RACI matrix provides a visual inspection of the role that each teammate plays while the project is still in progress accordingly. However, based on the views of Trad and Kalpi? (2019), RACI matrix cannot be considered as a replacement for a project management plan. From this discussion, it can be inferred that the management of the project would also have to identify the major tasks within a project in order to prepare a RACI matrix.
