2. Students are supposed to have kept a journal entry for each group meeting — put notes/ideas together and identified common themes/topics.

3. Focus on depth and apply theory to the analysis. Understanding the context and application of relevant theories is key.

4. Remember the focus is on analyzing what happened, how things could have been done better, and what learning comes from the exercise. It is not about complaints on "he said — she said'

5. The following are suggestions on what would comprise your reflection paper structure. Feel free to make any
adjustments. Introduction — introduce what the paper is about - identifying the main themes. Introduce the Gibbs model of professional reflective practices or any other similar model on professional reflective practices. Use this model to support your discussion in the body. The introduction should be no more than 100 words. The body of the report begins with a discussion on each identified theme, one after the other. You may choose to have headings for each theme. When discussing the issues/themes, make sure to present a good situational overview on group decision making. Application of theories in the context of the theme being discussed. Include a concluding paragraph at the end of each theme proposing how the issue could have been addressed differently.
