You will then be asked to develop a customer profile for the specific ideal customer type. In question 2, you then need to identify a COVID-19 problem your ideal customer face and develop a product or service solution for your ideal customer’s COVID-19 problem by using the SCAMPER idea generation technique. In the last question you need to position your new service or product in the market. The questions are setup in an easy to complete template on the following pages. To complete the questions in section A, you must first identify the customer type that has been allocated to you. To find your customer type, use the last number of your student number and find the corresponding customer type on the list below. For example, if your student number is 1234567 – the last number is ‘7’ which corresponds with “Health conscious” customers. You will thus highlight number 7 or Health Conscious customers and use Health conscious customers for the entire assignment.
