Presentation Task
You are working in a marketing team for a FMCG company in the UK. Your team consists of three members and have been briefed to develop an integrated marketing communication (IMC) plan for a product and then present to the group of marketing directors.
This task requires you to develop an Integrated Marketing Communication plan. Your team must design an appropriate communication objectives and channel selection for a given product. You will also need to design and develop the appropriate contents to meet channel selected and communication objectives. You will need to demonstrate your knowledge on how integrated communication is important to build the customer value.

This IMC plan should consider the following:

•  IMC Context analysis.
•  Communication objectives.
•  Creative strategy and promotional budget.
•  Promotional mix and appropriate multiple channel selection.
•  Strategic plan and tactics for each channel selection.
•  Implementation and the use of control and evaluation mechanisms.

Each team must present their integrated marketing communication to explain different channels chosen and how they serve communication objectives to justify the choices they have made. Also, critically evaluate the marketing communications plan in relation to the communication strategy, channel, and creative contents.

Assessment Criteria
Marks will be weighted at 90% individual contribution, 10% group quality and coherence:

1. Evidence of knowledge, understanding and analysis of relevant tools and techniques appropriate for the successful implementation and evaluation of integrated marketing communication plan. 
2. Evidence of knowledge, understanding and creation of the communication objectives based on achieving customer value. (30 Marks) Ability to present clearly and accurately. 
3. Evidence of interpersonal & team working skills. 
4. Professional appearance, body language, clarity and tone of voice, eye contact and pace of delivery. 
5. You may bring a small note card to the exercise containing any data or key bullet points; however, you MUST NOT read from a script when speaking. Reading from a script will incur a penalty to your overall mark. You are expected to demonstrate clear understanding of your presentation.
6. Each presenter will have five minutes to deliver his/her part. This time limit will apply for each presenter. If you exceed your time limit, the lecturer will stop you, in order to keep the group assessment moving.
7. Students are expected to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Students who are late for the start of the presentation will lose all 10 marks awarded for professionalism. Students who fail to attend the presentation will fail the assessment. All meetings will take place within scheduled teaching hours for the module, or during scheduled assessment periods as dictated by the Faculty Office.
