Document your searches well and use a flow chart to document searches and inclusion and exclusion criteria. Simple quantitative analysis could augment a narrative synthesis of findings. The narrative synthesis could also include were relevant the magnitude of the issue, evaluation of correlates and potential causes.     

Discussion and Conclusion 

Provide an overall critical discussion of the results.  Highlight limitations in the current literature if any, if appropriate, which issues should be addressed by further research on this topic. Discuss what the results mean to health practice and policy.
