TwentyOne consists of numPlayers players and a dealer where the objective is to finish the game with the
most points. Points are awarded to all players whose hand outperform the dealers. The amount of points
awarded will depend on the amount you bid.
Your task for this assignment is to implement a player able to play a non-trivial game of TwentyOne. We will
use three decks of 52 playing cards.
Rules
The object of the game is to get the hand value as close as possible to ‘21’. Numeric Cards (2-9) are worth
the numeric value in points. Face cards are worth 10. Aces can be either high or low. Aces will take the
highest value possible, as long as the total value does not go above ‘21’
