Following the front page [or your Executive summary] you will include a Table of Contents.

2. Executive Summary

• No more than one page of text (be succinct).

3. Introduction

• Highlighting the purpose of the report. This will include, but not be limited to, a well? crafted and succinct summary of your previous report, providing a very clear context for your reader.

4. Proposed Solution

• Advise your client what it means to develop a ‘business process architecture’ and, particularly, how valuable this can be to the efficiency and effectiveness of the business.
• Bridge the identified gap, revealed in your Report Part A, by describing a ‘To Be’ process; what will the ‘To Be’ process do/not do, when the change project is rolled out?
• Support your ‘To Be’ process with a BPMN process flow diagram using the Bizagi Modeler software.
• Are there any key aspects in your proposed solution that you should clearly describe to your client, for example, SOA; ERP; Master Data; Core, Support and Management processes; alignment issues; and many others? Support your commentary with diagrams if this helps to clarify your advice/contentions.

5. Solution Considerations 
Large BPM driven organizational changes can be extremely valuable, they are also complex undertakings impacting the organization, its people and its use of modern technologies.

• Identify and describe significant considerations that might impact your client’s business, across organizational, people and technological dimensions, both during the redesign development stage and upon the implementation of your proposed solution. Some considerations might pertain to the costs of bridging the gap (time, effort, money, etc.), risks, opportunity costs, politics, stakeholders, ethics, sustainability, law, etc.
• Describe, the overarching way in which you would go about invoking the proposed process change for your client’s business. For example, would you adopt some sort of phased approach? If necessary, support this with your own diagrams to assist reader understanding.
• Explain to your client that the success of the change, following implementation, can only be gauged if some sort of measures is prepared at the outset. Describe the ways in which you are planning to measure the success, or otherwise, of your proposed system. If necessary, support this with your own diagrams to assist reader understanding.

6. Recommendations

• This will be a succinct, but very well crafted set of recommendations to your client, based on the solutions and considerations presented in this report.
