You will need to provide some sources for statements you make about the demands. You are expected to scope out your paper and define, to some extents, your own terms of reference for how you will go about this task. You will not be judged on the conclusions, rather on the quality of your investigation and the thoughtfulness of your analysis. You will also be judgeon the extent to which your analysis reflects engagement with some of the theoretical issues we explored in the workshops and/or study guide. Finally, as with all written assessment, you will be judged on how effective your report is in representing your ideas. TASK2 This alternative is for those who do not want to complete a more personally oriented report. You should choose a topic that is related to the practice of consulting and that has some importance for you. Examine what the academic and practitioner literature says about this, and think about the implications. You should then come to some conclusions about the topic.
