MR A wrote to MR B, house for sale at Jahn 66, Taman 6 for RM 60,000 on the 1/1/2012.He did the same for MR C. 
3/1/2012 MR B viewed the house and insist he will pay in 3 installments. To which MR A replied "No". 
5/1/2012 MR C viewed the house, and further inquired whether it's freehold or leasehold, to which MR A never replied. 
On 10/1/2012, MR A wrote to MR B and MR C stating that if you accept my offer, please forward your responds by mail before 30/1/2012. 
MR B mail his acceptances to MR A on the 15/2/2012 and MR C mail to MR A on the 29/1/2012, however due to technical problem at the post office, MR C mall of acceptance was not received by MR A. 
MR A sold the house to MR Don the 6/12/2016 and MR 8 and MR C brought legal issue on the 12/12/2020.Adrise MR A
