The initial post-transplant period has been uneventful with Kerry’s post-transplant baseline creatinine of 135mmo/L. Her current immunosuppression medications include: Tacrolimus 2mg BD, Prednisone 15mg Daily and Mycophenolate Mofetil 720mg BD.

Event: Mrs Trail presents at clinic where she is informed that her creatinine has risen to 240mmol/L. She otherwise feels well and continues to pass urine as she has done post-transplant.
