Where answers require legal justification through quoting relevant statute and/or case law, the referencing should comply with Harvard standards. When quoting case law, you should concentrate on the findings of the court or tribunal rather than quoting all the factual detail and legal exploration unless it is relevant to the argument.

4. Examine the law (statute and case law) surrounding disturbance compensation provisions and calculations and appraise any legal requirements that the claimant should follow. You do not need to reference the case study when answering this question part although relevant points could be drawn from it. 

5. Using the information provided, construct a fully supported compulsory purchase heads of claim for Jennifer Wong should she decide to retire. You should provide the claim as a costed valuation and assessment, and tie this into a set of notes to explain what you have done. It is crucial that you use the evidence given and analyse this to assist formulating the claim. You may make any other reasonable assumptions as necessary to support your calculations and findings.
