Assignment Description: Find a start-up that has raised at least 2 rounds of funding, interview the founder and write a 2-page report about these 2 rounds of funding
Conditions:
• The start-up interviewed needs to have raised 2 rounds of funding of at least £10,000 each and they need to be a minimum of 6 months in between rounds
• The sources of capital of the 2 rounds could be any type of funding including angel investment, grants, accelerators, venture capital, bank loans, or any other source of capital discussed during the course.
• The interview needs to be done with the founder (not the investor, not the employees, ...)
• Interviews can be conducted over skype/phone
• It is not required to interview a UK-based founder (students can interview founders on their home countries or anywhere around the world)
• The interview will include questions such as:
• 2-page report (excluding cover sheet, appendix, and references)
• Structured as a report (Q&A or interview structure is not acceptable)

In other words, provide minutes of your Team meetings to ensure equity and fairness. The Team mark applies to all Team members who contributed equitably to the final submission.
• If there are issues within the group you MUST inform your module leader as early as possible during the coursework preparation, to enable any required interventions to be made. note these within your Minutes and you should let your module leader know. If there are issues within the group you MUST also note these within your Minutes.
• Once the coursework has been submitted, if no prior notification of group/team challenges involving non-contributors has been made, complaints after submission will not normally be entertained.
