Our scenario is:

we have multiple department under one organization in a large space (room). We would like to use one IP network while still allowing a degree of separation between the departments.
The requirement are : No separation between the department except that each machine does not share the bandwidth with the other.

c) we need 60 ports in the rooms but only have devices with 24 ports? Can we use only those devices?
