Evaluate Significance: What is the relative value of the overall learning experience from the professional networking activities? 
Starting the next chapter of my life as a future graduate, my qualifications, skills, and experiences are not the only looked upon factor when I progress to my future role. Networking is an essential aspect of future career goals and opportunities which is such beneficial factor. Networking behaviours are used to build and maintain informal contacts that enhance career success (Forret & Dougherty, 2004; Luthans, Rosenkrantz, & Hennessey, 1985; Michael & Yukl, 1993). Networking is known as a hidden job market as all job opportunities are not necessarily advertised but in fact most employers generally like hiring based upon networking connections made that fit their criteria. The power of networking is centralised around the 6 degrees of separation as human are only six steps away from introduction from one other of which is used to identify and expand their network connection and giving a higher amount of leverage. Networking allows me to aid in the progression of the following 4 characteristic which include 
1. Networking is related to concurrent objective career success
2. Networking is related to growth of objective career success
3. Networking is related to concurrent subjective career success 
4. Networking is related to growth of subjective career success. 
By completing these learning experiences it allowed me to prepare myself and build the self confidence to put myself out their and connect with people internal and external people who generally will allow me to expand my business contacts, gain more knowledge and skills whilst also opening myself up to more opportunities. 

Reconstruct the experience: What are the two most salient points of what you experienced with the professional networking activities?
There are two main salient points of which I experienced when completing these networking activities which include the following 
1. Employability self-awareness and reflection 
The importance of self-awareness goes beyond well-being and mental health to include substantial impacts on day-to-day functioning. It has important effects on performance, with reflection and mindfulness encouraging persistence with tasks despite performance-related stress (Feldman, Dunn, Stemke, Bell, & Greeson, 2014) and rumination related to interpersonal difficulties (Brinker, Chin, & Wilkinson, 2014). When completing these networking activities, it allowed me to become more aware of the skills, knowledge and experience I generally already had of which increased my overall self-confidence and inspiration 

2. The power of social media when building professional networks. With over 300 million active users on Linked In, social media platforms such as Linked In are currently the most used media form to connect with a wider professional network to gain more value both on internal and external aspect. Connecting on social media allows me to interact with more people to widen my network whilst opening myself up to more job opportunities. Connecting with people long term wise is centralised on our different opinions and personal perspective of which you can exchange with your network to gain more knowledge, skills and perspective whilst also building your own personal reputation.
