Using the tool introduced on pp. 220–221 of the Osterwalder and Pigneur’sBusiness Model Generation textbook, do a risk assessment of cost/revenue threats, infrastructure threats, and customer interface threats. Rate accordingly each of the threats based on your understanding of your business idea. Attach a weighting to the cost/revenue threat, infrastructure threats, and customer weighting threats, and explain your weightings. Finally identify the solutions that you propose to each of threat categories.

Imagine the best and worst case scenario for your business venture, and discuss the factors that will contribute to the best and worst case outcomes.
