Collect three (3) 2019 Newspaper articles in relation to three (3) separate emerging crimes.

Include the following:

1. An emerging crime offense against the Drug Poisons & Controlled Substances Act (Vic)

2. An emerging crime against the Road Safety Act (Hoon driving, drug driving etc)

3. Any other emerging crime of student’s choice.

Summarise each article (max 330 words per article) and include the following:
