Overview:

The purpose of this assessment is for students to consolidate and integrate the knowledge gained of nutritional analysis and clinical diagnosis from previous and the current units and applying this to an individual case study. This assessment provides students with the first steps in the overall process from nutritional assessment through to nutritional management in clinical nutritional management from the perspectives of traditional empirical knowledge and evidence-based research. This assessment will allow students to demonstrate their skills in prioritising and organising information in an individual clinical nutritional medicine case which is essential as the foundation for clinical practice. Choosing ONE of the following conditions, then complete the following three (3) tasks listed below:
