This assessment requires that you describe and demonstrate the sequence of the primary and secondary survey of a person with a pre-existing health condition who has also experienced a traumatic injury. In addition, you will demonstrate systematic verbal and written communication of primary and secondary survey findings using ISBAR and SOAPIER formats. Finally, you will analyse the survey findings and formulate priority-nursing problems, SMART, shift goals and evidence-based nursing interventions to achieve person-centered outcomes.
