He currently receives welfare payments from the government to support his needs such as food and rent. Jason is not motivated and often feels sad and down at times for no apparent reason. He only sleeps a few hours each night and does not eat a lot of exercises. He is underweight and tired all the time. He occasionally takes drugs and drinks alcohol on a daily basis. Jason has a family history of major depression and he worries about his health. 

Jason has decided to visit his doctor and discuss how he is feeling. After talking with the doctor, the doctor tells Jason that his overall health is being affected and the doctor recommends that Jason be referred to his local community health nurse to reduce his risk factors for developing depression. 

You are the Community Nurse who meets with Jason. Your role is to meet with Jason and discuss his current lifestyle and risk factors and develop strategies on how you can help him. Highlight the keywords and issues.
