• Record a five-to-eight-minute podcast about one situation where you were part of or observed the quality assurance process being used. Include discussion of its outcome.

Provide a written summary of your discussion of the same situation to accompany your podcast. This does not have to follow the steps of a formal reflection. Instead this should be thought of as an accompaniment/ supplement to the podcast. This summary does not have to be referenced.
