Her colleagues also recently overheard her at the Nurse’s Station making a comment about Mr Smith who has stroke related cognitive impairment. Her comment “ I don’t know why his family are upset about me not changing his continence aid – he doesn’t even know if he is wet. He has got no idea about what’s going on”
