7. Read the article and answer the following questions.

The Australian Government introduced new laws and requirements to minimise the inappropriate use of restraints in residential aged care facilities, Titled the ‘Restraint Principles’.   • List two requirements of the Restraint principles that do not appear to have been implemented for Terry Reeves, and discuss how they may have improved the above situation if they had been.
