Please note: this assessment is NOT completed in the Residential laboratories. It is to be completed online at a location of your choosing between Monday 15th September 08:00hrs and 30th September 23:59hrs. You must complete the Med+Safe by the due date. If you do not achieve 100%, you can withdraw from the course without financial and academic penalty before Census Date.

1. Open (Week 2): 08:00hrs, 15th September (Monday)

2. Close (Week 4): 23:59hrs, 30th September (Tuesday)

3. Assessment Number 11

4. Weighting: pass/fail (Must achieve 100% to pass)

5. Maximum attempts: unlimited

6. Time limits: no time limit

7. There will be 20 questions that you will need to complete.

8. 100% passing mark - this is a HURDLE for this course

9. You MUST upload your Med+Safe 100?rtificate to the Portal on Study Desk.

The followings are strongly suggested:

1. Students are strongly encouraged to do Med+Safe practice before enter the Med+Safe exam portal.

2. Students are strongly encouraged to do the Med+Safe exam in a quiet place with stable internet connection.

3. Students must complete the Med+Safe

• 3 X infusions: microg/kg/min to mL/hr

• 3 X infusion mL/hr to microg/kg/min

• 2 X infusion mL/hr

• 2 X infusion drops/min

• 3 X infusions units/hr

• 2 X weight based oral liquids

• 2 X weight based injections

• 1 X tablets/capsules

• 1 X oral liquids

• 1 X injections
