Background

Rose ordinarily resides in a nursing home in Sydney and suffers from dementia. Rose is a widow with two adult children who visit her regularly in the nursing home. Her medical history includes Hypertension, Type 2 diabetes, Angina, Hypercholesteremia, Asthma, and Osteoarthritis. Complete hysterectomy 30 years ago for treatment of endometrial cancer. Nil Known Allergies. She used to smoke 20 cigarettes per day but ceased smoking two years ago.

  • GTN 600mcg tablets S/L prn
  • Osteo paracetamol 1330mg TDS
  • Salbutamol inhaler 2-4 puffs PRN
