2. Apologies, but regarding the interview and care plan, when considering Jesse's situation, should we look to include all 5 of the relevant factors or focus on 2 or 3?

Do I then do a separate analysis, including introduction and conclusion or is the word count purely the template care plan. If this is the case, how are we meant to include references?

6. Just clarifying please, at the beginning of the video I would like to state something along the lines of: 'We are catching up today to talk about some of your current challenges and work out a plan to address these issues'. Just clarifying that this is the purpose of the video and therefore this statement would be correct?
