You have taken Russell’s history and vitals and made a Med call to review Russell. 

Past medical history 

1. Russell says he had a heart attack 15 years ago, which was treated with a stent, and has had no chest pain since then. 
2. Russell has Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) for the past 30 years. 
3. He also has had problems with high blood pressure, diabetes and cholesterol.
