Registered nurses are required to teach their peers, other professional staff and patients using face-to-face methods of communicating as well as using different modalities and approaches to help facilitate learning. Description: Students in their groups (via individual Kaltura video for each part, all uploaded by one member of the group) are to conduct a 12 minute peer teaching session according to their Teaching Plan (Assessment Task 2), which includes a reflection and evaluation of their teaching (maximum 10 minute presentation, 2 minute evaluation). This works out to approximately 3mins of time for each person. Students will be timed to ensure the time allocation is adhered to. Once the time allocation has expired (maximum 12minutes including evaluation), the marker will stop marking and marks will only be allocated for the teaching that occurred within the allocated timeframe 

Students are required to implement their teaching plan from assessment task 2 and apply their leadership and teaching skills via a Kaltura video recording. Students are to follow the marking criteria to ensure all aspects of good leadership, teaching and quality improvement cycle are used in the teaching session.
