Ezra is a first-year nursing student at the University of Notre Dame in Sydney. Ezra is about to finish the first week of his professional experience placement (PEP) at a local NSW health facility. Ezra has spent most of the week assisting in the care of three (3) patients, Mrs Earth. Mr Wind, and Mrs Fire. It is Friday afternoon and Ezra is getting ready to go home. Ezra decides to go and see the patients he has been assisting that week and let them know that he is off for the weekend, but will see them again on Monday.

FACTS: Ezra goes to Mrs Earth's room. Mrs Earth thanks Ezra for being such a great help for the week, and tells Ezra that she hopes he has an amazing weekend. Ezra laughs as he tells Mrs Earth he loves clubbing. and cannot wait to party with his mates over the weekend. Mrs Earth smiles as she recalls for Ezra her student days. and the many friends she made at Um Mrs Earth then takes a bottle of vodka from her handbag. and tells Ezra to take a few swigs from the bottle as a thank you for his hard work all week. Mrs Earth reminds Ezra that he is going home soon, so a few shots of alcohol will be no problem.

Ezra knows RN Mimi has been quite unwell lately, but Ezra believes that is no excuse for her reported behaviour. Ezra leaves Mr Wind's room and thinks about how he might deal with RN Mimi. Ezra wonders if he should follow RN Mimi when she goes to the ward locker room. He can then corner her when there is no one else around. and confront her about her rudeness. 

DECISION TO BE MADE: Should Ezra follow RN Mimi into the locker room and confront her regarding her rudeness?
