Identify and discuss an existing Australian ‘issue based health promotion topic’ using the five health promotion intervention strategies as a framework for the discussion. Using the concepts covered in NURS1101, the presentation must also include additional discussion, from the nurse or midwives perspective, regarding the attributes* required to deliver the ‘skill development and health education’ component to health consumers. This should be done in the context of a mock/fictional clinical encounter.
