Using the 5 R’s reflective framework, reflect on ONE specific clinical placement experience from your perspective as a student nurse.

Reporting: Describe ONE challenging situation you encountered on clinical placement. Explain how it did or could have negatively impacted your nursing practice and challenged your resilience.
