He is alert and orientated with a pain score of 7/10 and last vomited 10 minutes ago. Ms. Alder Case Study Ms Alder is a 25-year-old woman who has been admitted to ED where you are currently on placement. She has been bought into ED by SAAS following a fall from a horse while attending a cross country event. No medications have been administered on route. SAAS report her observations as – Pulse 105, Resp rate 24, Temp 36.4, BP 170/95, SpO2 96% on 2LO2.
