James Lewis is a 52-year-old male who was brought into ED by his partner Jessie after collapsing at home this evening. James and Jessie returned from a holiday in Fiji four days ago. The day before the flight home, James began to experience a sore throat, headache, and nasal congestion. He returned a negative RAT, so they flew home as planned. Since returning, James’s symptoms have worsened, and he has become increasingly lethargic and did not get out of bed this morning. He has not been eating and drinking much at all since his symptoms began. Jessie has been extremely worried about him, and convinced him at 1930hrs to seek medical attention. James was able to ambulate to the car with some assistance from Jessie.
