5. Advise Craig and all associated parties how the incident and return to work plan will be kept confidential and the importance of Privacy Laws.

6. Include an explanation of the company’s rehabilitation and return-to-work program, and why it is a key part of the Work Health and Safety Management System.  Refer to relevant legislation and insurance requirements.

7. Explain that the organisation values Craig’s role and is looking forward to seeing him return to work.
