Discuss how the use of technology can help Woodland and it’s customer (HomeDecor) to improve capability for better customer service, to reduce operating cost, and to drive supply chain excellence? Critically analyse expected implementation challenges of digital transformation of Woodland’s supply chain. (5 marks)

6. Sustainability: What makes a supply chain sustainable and how important is sustainability in supply chain? (Use academic literature to answer this question). How can ‘Time-based logistics’ (like QuickJeans system) help the Woodland company to incorporate sustainability into their logistics activities? (2.5 marks)
