Evaluate the effectiveness of operations management strategies used by Qantas in response to internal and external influences. 
Task: A new CEO has started at Qantas. As Manager of Operations, you are required to prepare a Business Report to inform the new CEO about key influences and operations strategies at Qantas. The report most evaluate how effective Qantas has been in managing these aspects of operations. Your report should be approximately 1200 words. Present in 12 point Times New Roman font, with margins of at least 2.5cm.

Process: Research operations management at Qantas Examine influences on operations management at Qantas, select at least TWO to be included in your report, covering both internal and external influences Identify an operations strategy used to respond to each of the influences you have identified Decide on appropriate criteria to use when evaluating effectiveness Make an evaluation of the effectiveness of Qantas' operations strategies to these influences Write a business report in the correct format (see Business Report writing overview attached) TWO initial class lessons will be provided for this task (during Weeks 7 & 8)
