Elaborate on reasons why this was or was not achieved using examples from your intervention and others similar. 
 

4. Add a brief list of recommendations for future oral health promotion interventions for the community group that was chosen. 
 

5. Conclude your report with a brief reflection of your0HP program as a whole, including a summary of the implications and recommendations based on your results.
