Reflection Report: Case Study Discussion

Scenario:  In this report, one of the significant and important issues occurring in organizations, which is workplace bullying and discrimination has been discussed. A Case Study of an employee named Rebecca has been chosen for the discussion. It has been observed that workplace bullying can take many forms and is significant in most of the organizations. The report covers various aspects of workplace bullying and also my perspective of handling workplace bullying as a manager and in place of Rebecca has also been covered.
