1).Within your local community there will be many opportunities for community participation and inclusion for people who have a disability. When working in the industry you will be required to source information with participants on relevant services. Conduct some research on services in your local community to answer the following questions regarding your chosen social activity/program.

a.What is the name of the community program or activity?
b.How is the program funded?
c.What if any are additional costs for inclusion? For example, cooking programs may have an additional cost for ingredients or community participation may incur a transportation cost.
d.What equipment/resources are required?
e.How would the participant get there? Is transportation assistance available? Is it close to public transport?
f.Briefly describe any opportunities available for further skill development.

2).Future participants will all have different needs, and there will inevitably come a time where you are unable to respond with support, either due to lack of skill, knowledge or the legal scope of your role or abilities. List and briefly explain three (3) actions you could take to benefit participants whose needs fall outside the scope of your role. In your response, include a brief explanation of why each action may be necessary.
