Based on the BP Texas City oil refinery explosion case study, you are to write a report, identifying at least 3 risks which led the incident, risk level, mitigation strategy and the Resilience Engineering concepts for risk mitigation.
In the report, you are required to use both the Risk and Resilience Engineering concepts from the unit theory to substantiate the case that you are developing.
