• Taking on the persona of a peer coach working with David to develop his abilities to better manage up and deal with interpersonal relationships in the workplace, develop a coaching plan to support David (making the assumption he has decided to stay in his current role, but recognises that he needs coaching support to better manage his relationship with his boss).
